DIRECTIONS

FROM THE NORTH:   

1.                  Take I-465 South/West to Exit 13B at US 36 West/Danville exit (also called Rockville Road West)

2.                  Take US 36 / Rockville Road West (away from downtown) 2 ¾ miles to Bridgeport Road; this will be the 5^th stoplight after you leave the interstate. Watch for the road sign above the South (left) side of the road because this same road (Bridgeport) is actually called Ritchie Ave. to the North (right).

3.                  There is a GFS store on the southwest corner of the intersection.

4.                  Turn left (South) onto Bridgeport Road. There is one 4-way stop at the intersection with Morris Street (1 mile). Continue South on Bridgeport Road.

5.                  The Camp entrance is on the left side of the road just past the fields and second bridge you will go by after passing Morris Street. There is a sign marking the entrance.

6.                  Turn left into the camp. The main parking lot is the first right.  If you are going to the office, turn at the second right and enter door labeled "office".

FROM DOWNTOWN:

1.                  Take either Washington Street West or I-70 West.

2.                  If you are traveling west on Washington Street, you will want to cut off to the right (Northwest) at Rockville Road – this is at the light just before the railroad bridge about a mile west of old Central State Hospital.  Stay on Rockville Road and as you pass over I-465 follow the directions from #2 on - above.

3.                  If you are traveling west on I-70, take it to the Airport Expressway West, follow that to I-465 North, and then refer to the directions above “from the South.” Should you miss the Airport Expressway, take I-70 to I-465 North then refer to the directions above “from the South.”

FROM THE SOUTH:

1.                  Take I-465 West/North to Exit 13B at US 36 West/Danville Exit (also called Rockville Road West)

FROM THE AIRPORT:

1.                  Start toward the airport exit.

2.                  Turn left (north)  onto High School Road.

3.                  Turn left (west)  onto Morris Street.

4.                  Travel for about 3 miles.

5.                  Turn left (south)  at the four-way stop at Bridgeport Road.
