2019 Camp Registration
Day Camp Week 1: Monday, May 27- Friday, May 31 (5-12 years) – 5 days
Overnight Session 1: Sunday, June 2 – Friday, June 7 (7-11 years) – 6 days
Overnight Session 2: Sunday, June 9- Friday, June 14 (10-13 years) – 6 days
Overnight Session 3: Sunday, June 16 – Friday, June 21 (9-12 years) – 6 days
Overnight Session 4: Sunday, June 23 – Friday, June 28 (12-16 years) – 6 days
Day Camp Week 2: Monday, July 1 – Friday, July 5 (5-12 years) – 5 days
Wellness Camp Session 5: Sunday, July 7 – Friday, July 12 (10-13 years) – 6 days
Tataya Mato Session 6: Sunday, July 14 – Saturday, July 20 (7-17 years) – 7 days
JC Juniors Session 7: Wednesday, July 24 – Sunday, July 28 (7-10 years) – 5 days
Applying online is our most direct method of registration. You can submit your forms directly to our registration team and view your account charges, payments, and balances on the website at any time. You will need to create a login for the registration portal and must have a credit/debit card available to complete the process.
If you are unable to complete online registration, hard copy versions of the registration materials are in the links on this page. You must complete the Camper Application form in order to reserve your child’s spot in camp. After completing the application, please return it with your $25 non-refundable deposit for each session (we accept cash, money order, or can do a credit card over the phone) to:

What forms do you need?
PROGRAM RELEASE FORMS: In order to participate in Jameson Camp programs, your child must have a completed Program Release Form.
CHALLENGE COURSE FORM: If your camper would like to participate in the Challenge Course, this form must also be completed.
HEALTH FORMS: Health forms are due on or before the first day of camp. The first three pages are to be completed by the parent or guardian, and the last page (physical form) is to be completed by a doctor or nurse practitioner.
PHYSICAL FORM: To be completed by a doctor or nurse practitioner. We will accept this or any physical form (i.e. for school) as long as it was signed within a year previous to the first day of camp.
FULL TATAYA MATO APPLICATION PACKET: Tatayo Mato is our 6th Session of overnight camp, specifically for kids who are impacted/affected by the HIV Virus/AIDS. If you are registering a child for our OVERNIGHT SESSION 6, you will need to complete this four page application and two release forms. Please contact our office at 317.241.2661 x 31 if you have any questions regarding your child’s eligibility for this session.
2019 Camp Fees
OVERNIGHT CAMP FEES: Come grow with us through an unforgettable experience at Jameson Camp! Our overnight camp fees are offered on a sliding scale based on the gross household income per month. Every application requires a non-refundable $25 deposit per session. All deposits paid are applied to the cost of camp; they will be subtracted from the fee estimate provided. 8:25 a.m.: Flags
8:30 a.m.: Breakfast and Songs
9:15 a.m.: Chores (cleaning cabin, tidying up outdoor spaces. Encourages responsibility and teamwork.
10:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m.: Activities (Archery, Games, Journalism, Extreme Camp, Art and more).
1:00 p.m.: Lunch
1:30-5:00 p.m.: Rest, Group Time, Swim Time (boys and girls rotate)
5:30 p.m.: Dinner
6:00 p.m.: Flag and Reflections
7:30 p.m.: Evening Activity
8:00 p.m.: Snack & Showers
9:00 p.m.: Devotions
9:30 p.m: Lights Out
DAY CAMP FEES: During these fun-filled weeks, kids ages 5-12 yrs will be learning about the outdoors and making new friends! Activities include archery, arts and crafts, climbing the tower, character development, playing games, and having a lot of fun! Whether your camper attends traditional day camp or creative camps such as “Camp Crusader” or “How Things Work,” he/she is guaranteed to have a high-flying time, learn new skills, and make friends!

9:30 a.m.: Activity Rotation – Culinary Arts, Recreation, Outdoor Adventures, Art Expressions, Extreme Camp, Archery, and Journalism
12:00 p.m.: Lunch
12:30 p.m.: Reading and Relaxing
1:30 p.m.: Swim Time
3:00 p.m.: Choice Time
4:00 p.m.: All Camp Game
4:30 p.m.: Character Beads and Awards
5:00-6:00 p.m.: Pick Up
WAIT-LISTING: We want to serve as many kids as possible, so camp limits have been set. Your child may attend a maximum of three overnight and two day camps.
