Overnight Camp Fees
Jameson Camp’s overnight camp fees are offered on a sliding scale based on the gross household income per month. Below is a fee estimation tool that allows you to enter your income and number of children attending camp; you will receive an estimated total cost of camp for this summer.
The estimation of camp fees provided below is based on each child attending one session of camp. If you wish to have your child(ren) attend more than one session of camp, you may enter the number of sessions you want to register for instead of the number of children, or contact our office at 317-241-2661 x31
Every application requires a non-refundable $25 deposit per session. All deposits paid are applied to the cost of camp; they will be subtracted from the fee estimate provided.

We want to serve as many kids as possible, so camp limits have been set. Your child may attend a maximum of three overnight and two day camps.
Prior to May 15, we will call registered families to “lock down” up to two overnight sessions. Any additional sessions desired will be waitlisted until May 15. Afer May 15, all waitlisted campers will be automatically placed in their desired sessions according to the order they registered.

Applying online is our most direct method of registration. You can submit your forms directly to our registration team and view your account charges, payments, and balances on the website at any time. You will need to create a login for the registration portal and must have a credit/debit card available to complete the process.
If you are unable to complete online registration, hard copy versions of the registration materials are below. You must complete the Camper Application form (available online here
or below) in order to reserve your child’s spot in camp. After completing the application, please return it with your $25 non-refundable deposit for each session (we accept cash, money order, or can do a credit card over the phone) to:

Tataya Mato is our 6th session of overnight camp, specifically for kids who are impacted/affected by HIV/AIDS. If you are registering a child for our OVERNIGHT, SESSION 6, you will need to complete this 4-page application and 2 releases.

In order to participate in our programs, your child must have a completed Program Release Form.
If they wish to participate in our Challenge Course Programs, they must also have a Challenge Course Release form.
Health forms are due on or before the first day of camp. The first three pages can be completed by the parent or guardian, and the last page (a physical form) should be completed by a doctor or nurse practitioner. Please contact our office if you have any questions.
The Physical Form is to be completed by a doctor or nurse practitioner. We will accept this or any other physical form you already have, as long as it was signed within a year of the first day of camp. This form is also included in the complete Health Form above.
