I have been a Registered Nurse for over twenty years. I currently work in the Avon Community School Corporation as the Nurse Coordinator and the School Nurse at Avon High School. I am married and have one child who will be going off to college this year. Hiking in Colorado is one of my favorite things to do! This is my first year at Jameson Camp, and I am very excited. When I attended camp as a child in Cincinnati, Ohio I recall having the time of my life, meeting new people, pressing flowers, staying up most of the night to pull pranks on our counselor, swimming in the creek, sitting around a camp fire, singing songs, and just having fun. I recall learning to live with other people who were not related to me and how we had to share the same chores. I also remember how I felt when another camper chose me to be on the team and he counselors knew my name even when I did not have a name tag on my shirt. I remember wanting camp to last all summer. I hope I can help a child feel and remember all of those great experiences at camp like I am able to remember and feel them
