How can I schedule a rental at Jameson Camp? Please call our office at 317-241-2661 to discuss availability of dates, fees and your specific needs.

How do I confirm a reservation? If dates and facilities are available, we will send a contract and a statement of the required deposit and total fees. When the signed contract and deposit are received, your reservation will be confirmed. No reservation is complete until the contract and deposit are received.

What meal service is available? We will provide a list of approved
caterers whom you may contact directly to
arrange your meals.

May we cook our own meals in the kitchen? If you rent our kitchen, you may prepare your own meals. Our kitchen procedures and policies will be provided. At least one member of your group must have a Certified Food Handler’s License, and a copy of the license must be provided to Jameson.

Are linens provided? Linens are not provided, but may be supplied for an additional fee.

What if I must cancel my reservation?
Rentals that are cancelled will incur a fee as specified in the rental contract.

Is the camp accessible in the winter? Yes. Given that snow and ice removal is an infrequent need in central Indiana , we have not built that cost into our fees and it will be an additional cost to you should it be required.
