How can I schedule a rental at Jameson Camp?
Please call our office at 317-241-2661 to discuss availability of dates, fees and your specific needs.
How do I confirm a reservation?
If dates and facilities are available, we will send a contract and a statement of the required deposit and total fees. When the signed contract and deposit are received, your reservation will be confirmed. No reservation is complete until the contract and deposit are received.
What meal service is available?
We will provide a list of approved caterers whom you may contact directly to arrange your meals. For a complete list click here. In addition, a full commercial kitchen is available to those groups with a commercial food handler's license.
Are linens provided?
Linens are not provided, but may be supplied for an additional fee.
What if I must cancel my reservation?
Rentals that are cancelled will incur a fee as specified in the rental contract.
Is the camp accessible in the winter?
Yes. Jameson Camp will provide snow removal.
