How can I schedule a rental at Jameson Camp?
Please call our office at 317-241-2661 to discuss availability of dates, fees and your specific needs. For the quickest response, send an email to Vanessa Fry at firstname.lastname@example.org. Within the email, please be sure to state your projected arrival date and departure dates and times as well as the name of the cabins you would like to rent.
How do I confirm a reservation?
If dates and facilities are available, we will send a contract and a statement of the required deposit and total fees. The deposit is due within one week of booking. When the signed contract and deposit are received, your reservation will be confirmed. No reservation is complete until the contract and deposit are received.
What meal service is available?
We will provide a list of approved caterers whom you may contact directly to arrange your meals. For a complete list click here. In addition, a full commercial kitchen is available to those groups with a commercial food handler’s license.
Are linens provided?
Jameson Camp does not provide linens. If you would like to have linens provided, we recommend that you request linens through Superior Laundry. What if I must cancel my reservation?
Cancellation of a rental must be made 30 days prior to rental dates to incur no fee. There will be a $100 cancellation fee charged if notice is received within 29 to 14 days of a scheduled rental date. If less than 2 weeks notice is provided, the entire rental deposit will be forfeited.
Is the camp accessible in the winter?
Yes. Jameson Camp will provide snow removal.
